Almir Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justinas Paliūnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 11 minutes Mitnarotov FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arnas Alejūnas who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Geležinis Vilkas's corner Arnas Alejūnas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Almir Miranda quite easily take care of the ball. Almir Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justinas Paliūnas in the 12th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Deimantas Satkus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Geležinis Vilkas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Mitnarotov FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deimantas Satkus in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of Mitnarotov FC booed when Geležinis Vilkas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. The crowd rose to their feet as Svajūnas Damanskas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Almir Miranda. That made the score 0-8 in the 93 minute of play. Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justinas Paliūnas in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over Geležinis Vilkas could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mitnarotov FC throughout the match.
