Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teodoro Dorio started the match with the kick off. Teodoro Dorio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Farès Zarabi made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Dorio got free with Farès Zarabi in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 5 minutes, Robert Maroc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kashima Antlers and the ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teodoro Dorio in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Farès Zarabi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Ventura Fabelo got a free kick in the 10th minute. Teodoro Dorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ildefonso Ucero scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Farès Zarabi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Slimane Kraouche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kashima Antlers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO the free kick. Slimane Kraouche kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Teodoro Dorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Farès Zarabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Ucero in the 25th minute of the match. Teodoro Dorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Farès Zarabi made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Teodoro Dorio sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th match minute, Kashima Antlers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Maroc to maneuver through the defense. If Teodoro Dorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ventura Fabelo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Kashima Antlers defense, Teodoro Dorio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Farès Zarabi. The Kashima Antlers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Farès Zarabi should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the game, Chaba Sadmi threw the ball into play from the sideline. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Greger Rosén quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ildefonso Ucero took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Farès Zarabi. Farès Zarabi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 43rd minute, Teodoro Dorio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hicham Djamel to strike the kick off in the second half. Ismaïl Maroc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jon Calatayud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 minutes of play, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Teodoro Dorio made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Farès Zarabi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute, Robert Maroc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Ucero in the 63rd minute of play forced Kashima Antlers's goalkeeper Farès Zarabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Dorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Rey Northe was substituted for Ildefonso Ucero. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO made a substitution. Baltazar Fonticoba replaced Teodoro Dorio. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Baltazar Fonticoba managed to get in a good position for a shot. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltazar Fonticoba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Farès Zarabi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Baltazar Fonticoba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baltazar Fonticoba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farès Zarabi having to interfere. Baltazar Fonticoba might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Farès Zarabi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baltazar Fonticoba ran back to his position shaking his head. Kashima Antlers's Farès Zarabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Fonticoba in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Kashima Antlers's goal looked a bit too open when Baltazar Fonticoba came free, but Farès Zarabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Kashima Antlers getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Chaba Sadmi hit a great ball. In the 85th minute Baltazar Fonticoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farès Zarabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Baltazar Fonticoba made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Farès Zarabi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Baltazar Fonticoba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Farès Zarabi was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Baltazar Fonticoba managed to work through Kashima Antlers's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Baltazar Fonticoba dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After 94 minutes of play, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Baltazar Fonticoba made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Farès Zarabi was left in no man's land by his defense there! ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
