Vaqueteros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisito Garaile was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogelio Chico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvaro Ted sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute, Cayetano Cordero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vaqueteros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Mauricio Botello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Mikolas in the 14th minute of the match. Cayetano Cordero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Chico having to interfere. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Eugenio Cugat sped through La gloriosa número 6's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rogelio Chico. When Vaqueteros FC's Eugenio Cugat in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rogelio Chico was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cayetano Cordero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. Cayetano Cordero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rogelio Chico came out and tried to block the shot, but Cayetano Cordero slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 42nd minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cayetano Cordero to strike the kick off in the second half. Rogelio Chico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Cordero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Chico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Ted in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Cayetano Cordero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vaqueteros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Eugenio Cugat put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rogelio Chico. After some careless play in the La gloriosa número 6 defense, Cayetano Cordero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogelio Chico. The La gloriosa número 6 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogelio Chico should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, La gloriosa número 6's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Cordero came free, but Rogelio Chico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Cugat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogelio Chico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Ted's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogelio Chico was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Rogelio Chico came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Vaqueteros FC's Cayetano Cordero. But to his dismay, Cayetano Cordero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. 94 minutes into the match, Luisito Garaile notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of La gloriosa número 6's Rogelio Chico. Rogelio Chico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vaqueteros FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
