A collision led to Boldenona getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Eulalio Selatse hit a great ball. In the 11th minute, Dion Kinney got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute, Alonzo Arano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sydney Ewing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dion Kinney in the 20th minute of play forced Boldenona's goalkeeper Mario Sazon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sydney Ewing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 minutes, Dion Kinney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Azzurri FC and the Boldenona players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 26 minutes, Dion Kinney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azzurri FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dion Kinney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sydney Ewing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Mario Sazon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Dion Kinney rounded Boldenona's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Azzurri FC's Demetrius Cho got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 43 in the game by Sydney Ewing from a close distance when the talented Mario Sazon managed to make a qualified save. Boldenona's players were relieved.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dion Kinney to make the kick off. Samuel Casgrain was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Manuel Orzaize showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 54 minute of play. Gilberto Videl didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-2 via right post in the game's 57th minute. Boldenona's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 61 minutes into the game, Azzurri FC's Demetrius Cho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mario Sazon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After 70 minutes of play, Azzurri FC's Dion Kinney made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mario Sazon was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Azzurri FC's Al Levy got a free kick in the 77th minute. Gilberto Videl succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-3 in the 79th playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Sydney Ewing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azzurri FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sydney Ewing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Sazon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sydney Ewing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Mario Sazon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
