The audience thought a goal was coming when Yacine Dziri got free with Miliano Herrero in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Mauro Kalashnikov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean Bahari was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Breixo Rosas's late challenge caught a Pilot's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. ACCAM's Miliano Herrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yacine Dziri in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Yacine Dziri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miliano Herrero. ACCAM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yacine Dziri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
