An unexpectedly hard shot by Zikri Kaçkar in the 7th minute of play forced Social Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Nelson da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, FK Göktürkler's Talha Devlettin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nelson da Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some careless play in the Social Futebol Clube defense, Talha Devlettin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelson da Silveira. The Social Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelson da Silveira should have stopped the shot. Ismael Aparecido struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Ahmet Kutsi Hicab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Social Futebol Clube. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Basílio Paraibano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Social Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Basílio Paraibano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Kutsi Hicab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rıfat Temizsoy in the 20th minute of play forced Social Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Nelson da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes of play, FK Göktürkler's Şeray Karahan made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelson da Silveira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ahmet Kutsi Hicab stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Basílio Paraibano's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Nelson da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zikri Kaçkar in the 26th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Social Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Fernando Salles to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, FK Göktürkler's Ahmet Kutsi Hicab got control of the ball when Basílio Paraibano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nelson da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şeray Karahan in the 32nd minute of the match. Ismael Aparecido took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet Kutsi Hicab. Ahmet Kutsi Hicab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Social Futebol Clube's Nelson da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zikri Kaçkar in the 42nd minute of play. The Social Futebol Clube players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FK Göktürkler were winning 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Talha Devlettin to make the kick off. Nelson da Silveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Talha Devlettin in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Carlos Fernando Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Social Futebol Clube's Vitinho Leme got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute, Ismael Aparecido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Social Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zikri Kaçkar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. Ismael Aparecido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Kutsi Hicab read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. A hard shot by Gazanfer Tunçsoy from long distance, 94 minutes into the match, got Nelson da Silveira's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 96th minute, Talha Devlettin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nelson da Silveira. The goal made the score 2-7. FK Göktürkler's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
