With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Jerico in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 서문 옥 saved Gwangju Destroyers from getting behind. In the 8th minute, 이 옹 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eusebio Urbasa. The goal made the score 1-0. 서문 옥 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Jerico in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Mariano Jerico notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Gwangju Destroyers's 서문 옥. 서문 옥 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Gwangju Destroyers's zone, Salvador Estevez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 서문 옥 came out of the goal and Salvador Estevez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eusebio Urbasa made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when 이 옹 sent off a good shot on target. After 20 minutes of play, Central Norte de Salta's Mariano Jerico made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 서문 옥 was left in no man's land by his defense there! Salvador Estevez struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. 서문 옥 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Central Norte de Salta. 28 minutes into the match, Gwangju Destroyers's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Jerico came free, but 서문 옥 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as 김 간 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eusebio Urbasa. That made the score 2-2 in the 33 minute of play. The supporters of Gwangju Destroyers booed when Central Norte de Salta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Jerico didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Salvador Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 서문 옥 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Jerico, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Jerico in the 47th minute of play forced Gwangju Destroyers's goalkeeper 서문 옥 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariano Jerico to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes in the game Roman Baldovino after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved 서문 옥. A very good opportunity. 서문 옥 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Jerico in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the game, Diego Ezkerra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Central Norte de Salta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gwangju Destroyers the free kick. After 55 played minutes Central Norte de Salta got a freekick which was hit by Diego Ezkerra. In the 59th minute, Mariano Jerico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 서문 옥 was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Gwangju Destroyers's 서문 옥 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Jerico in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Central Norte de Salta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Beti to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Gwangju Destroyers's 강 후 got a free kick in the 70th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 김 봉 during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Gwangju Destroyers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 김 봉 to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Central Norte de Salta's Arnoldo Beti broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 서문 옥 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Abreu in the 79th minute. 서문 옥 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonides Abreu went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Salvador Estevez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Leonides Abreu notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Gwangju Destroyers's 서문 옥. 서문 옥 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Gwangju Destroyers defense, Leonides Abreu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 서문 옥. The Gwangju Destroyers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 서문 옥 should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Central Norte de Salta left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gwangju Destroyers.
