Nestor Nunes made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Rodolfo Jaunzuria sent off a good shot on target. Amador Pirmin's late challenge caught a Beetlejuice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Pirmin helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes ManagerZone Academy got a freekick which was hit by Amador Pirmin. Di Bu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig Matthiessen in the 13th minute of play. Di Bu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarl Strömbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 17 played minutes ManagerZone Academy got a freekick which was hit by Amador Pirmin. 23 minutes into the match, Stig Matthiessen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Di Bu. ManagerZone Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig Matthiessen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Wästerberg in the 27th minute of play forced ManagerZone Academy's goalkeeper Di Bu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gert Jansson in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Di Bu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute Jarl Strömbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Di Bu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig Matthiessen took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Di Bu. Di Bu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Gert Jansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Di Bu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Beetlejuice's Gert Jansson suffered a concussion in the 45th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. In the 46th minute, Evaristo Vasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viktor Wästerberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Beetlejuice's Stig Matthiessen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Di Bu. That made the score 1-3 after 90 minutes of play. Beetlejuice's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
