If Charis Mamatziolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trifon Kiprianos in the 5th minute of play forced Arnakimedres's goalkeeper Sabino Lampez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Arnakimedres's zone, Iason Kassapis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabino Lampez came out of the goal and Iason Kassapis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iosif Vyntra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seme Borras in the 10th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Iason Kassapis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Panetolikos PC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Iason Kassapis hit a great ball. In the 16thth minute of the game Charis Mamatziolas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arnakimedres's Sabino Lampez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Telis Baroutis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabino Lampez having to interfere. The supporters of Panetolikos PC booed when Arnakimedres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kismi Cotes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Charis Mamatziolas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arnakimedres's Sabino Lampez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Arnakimedres's goalkeeper Sabino Lampez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Panetolikos PC's Iosif Vyntra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabon Valverde in the 33rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Charis Mamatziolas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sabino Lampez was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Charis Mamatziolas put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sabino Lampez. When Telis Baroutis came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Panetolikos PC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Telis Baroutis couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute, Charis Mamatziolas made a precise shot to the right of Sabino Lampez. Arnakimedres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st match minute, Arnakimedres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cai Peiro to maneuver through the defense. Panetolikos PC's Iosif Vyntra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kismi Cotes in the 56th minute of play. If Charis Mamatziolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charis Mamatziolas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kismi Cotes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Vyntra having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Peiro in the 66th minute of play forced Panetolikos PC's goalkeeper Iosif Vyntra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Charis Mamatziolas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Kismi Cotes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute of the match Iason Kassapis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sabino Lampez skillfully saved the ball. Arnakimedres's Sabino Lampez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Telis Baroutis in the 76th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Panetolikos PC got a freekick which was hit by Charis Mamatziolas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakis Aggellakis in the 84th minute of play forced Arnakimedres's goalkeeper Sabino Lampez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Telis Baroutis struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Sabino Lampez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panetolikos PC. Panetolikos PC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Arnakimedres for a fine match.
