In the 20th minute Walter Pandiani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Bibiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Remir Moreira took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Niceto Bibiano to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 82 minutes, Walter Pandiani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fesport FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walter Pandiani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Augusto Ferrer kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. A collision led to Fesport FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Rodrigo Parra hit a great ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niceto Bibiano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded Fesport FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lugano con el rojo.
