Esteban Domeka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Sagarana Clube getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Jeferson Torres hit a great ball. Frederico Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Esteban Domeka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Cafu Filho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esteban Domeka. Torpedos AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cafu Filho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Cafu Filho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Leite in the 21st minute of play forced Torpedos AFC's goalkeeper Esteban Domeka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frederico Costa's late challenge caught a Torpedos AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frederico Costa helped the player get up and apologised. Frederico Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Cafu Filho scored 0-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esteban Domeka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valdemar Leite sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Esteban Domeka came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Sagarana Clube's Jeferson Torres. But to his dismay, Jeferson Torres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Frederico Costa struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Esteban Domeka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sagarana Clube. Edmundo de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Regis in the 44th minute of the match. Christian Severo charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Severo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Christian Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sagarana Clube's zone, Esteve Sergi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmundo de Lima came out of the goal and Esteve Sergi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sagarana Clube! 61 minutes into the match, Torpedos AFC's goalkeeper Esteban Domeka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cafu Filho. In the 63rd minute, Sagarana Clube's Valdemar Leite dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. Cafu Filho was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 71 played minutes Torpedos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Sandalio. The supporters of Sagarana Clube booed when Torpedos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Chan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute Vinícius Lott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Domeka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Sagarana Clube's Valdemar Leite dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. Esteban Domeka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cafu Filho went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. Cafu Filho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Torpedos AFC's Esteban Domeka got control of the ball when Cafu Filho tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Frederico Costa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Esteban Domeka. That made the score 1-11 in the 93 minute of play. In the 96th minute, Cafu Filho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sagarana Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-12.
