In the 4thth minute of the game Valentim Valderramal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torpedos AFC's Esteban Domeka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Valentim Valderramal put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Esteban Domeka. Torpedos AFC's Esteban Domeka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentim Valderramal in the 10th minute of play. González Ameda's late challenge caught a Torpedos AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. González Ameda helped the player get up and apologised. González Ameda kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Abandonados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Ciano came free, but Julio Clarabout reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Lauaxeta in the 17th minute of play forced Abandonados FC's goalkeeper Julio Clarabout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Clarabout took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Lauaxeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Abandonados FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Vilson Candelera hit a great ball. After 22 minutes of play Abandonados FC's González Ameda was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Antonio Benvide shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Julio Clarabout showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Lauaxeta in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Abandonados FC's Rodríguez Zubiaga got a free kick in the 27th minute. Veremundo Cuenca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Abandonados FC's Figueroa Ziarza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Domeka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Esteban Domeka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Veremundo Cuenca in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute, Veremundo Cuenca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Abandonados FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 55 minutes into the game, Abandonados FC's Figueroa Ziarza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteban Domeka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Esteban Domeka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Veremundo Cuenca in the 61st minute of play. Figueroa Ziarza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vilson Candelera charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vilson Candelera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Abandonados FC's Vilson Candelera got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute Antonio Benvide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Clarabout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Veremundo Cuenca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Figueroa Ziarza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute Carolo Regis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Clarabout saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Alejo Lauaxeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Julio Clarabout was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 90 minutes, Aureliano Baraquiel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torpedos AFC and the Abandonados FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Torpedos AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Aureliano Baraquiel hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Torpedos AFC's goalkeeper Esteban Domeka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
