When Janusze's Marian Skrzypiec in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C. Cagayan Academy's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Janusze booed when F.C. Cagayan Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bisdak Balata didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Kryspin Wawro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and F.C. Cagayan Academy's Isko Buyco didn't even have to move. In the 10th match minute, F.C. Cagayan Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eli Tuico to maneuver through the defense. Edarlito Santiago was shown his second yellow card after 12 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Edarlito Santiago kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, F.C. Cagayan Academy's Eli Tuico got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute, Desiderio Magadap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pankracy Bronkala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Isko Buyco made a huge save. 27 minutes into the match, Janusze's goal looked a bit too open when Parapusle Tiongson came free, but Waldemar Mikulski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Janusze's Waldemar Mikulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Pacubas in the 29th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, F.C. Cagayan Academy's goalkeeper Isko Buyco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fryderyk Kocieniewski. Waldemar Mikulski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ambrosio Yase's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Janusze's attentive Wieslaw Wozniak managed to snatch the ball when Isagani Tiongson made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Bonifacio Pacubas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Waldemar Mikulski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Janusze got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Kocieniewski. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pankracy Bronkala to strike the kick off in the second half. Waldemar Mikulski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isagani Tiongson in the 57th minute. Isko Buyco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fryderyk Kocieniewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. F.C. Cagayan Academy's Isko Buyco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Kocieniewski in the 63rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bonifacio Pacubas during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to F.C. Cagayan Academy getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Bonifacio Pacubas hit a great ball. In the 68th minute Fryderyk Kocieniewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isko Buyco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bonifacio Pacubas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Pankracy Bronkala ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isko Buyco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a rather tough play, F.C. Cagayan Academy's Desiderio Magadap got a free kick in the 84th minute. Waldemar Mikulski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Yase in the 93rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonides Quimpo got free with Waldemar Mikulski in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Janusze fans cheered their team off the field, for while F.C. Cagayan Academy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
