The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frederik Klimek during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Frederik Klimek hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 15 played minutes Randers A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Frederik Klimek. The supporters of MANIACOS booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvardt Lindloff didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Pierres Varo. shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Oppenlænder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzales Celada in the 29th minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Wilhelm Oppenlænder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Frans Beilegaard hit a great ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game Batista Coyences who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Randers A.F.C.'s Wilhelm Oppenlænder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gilberto Viniambres hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Ralf Ejaas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Gonzales Celada left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MANIACOS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 41st minute, Constantino Chumacero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the game, MANIACOS's Batista Coyences nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilhelm Oppenlænder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Randers A.F.C.'s Wilhelm Oppenlænder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batista Coyences in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Batista Coyences made the kick off in the second half. Wilhelm Oppenlænder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batista Coyences in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute of the match MANIACOS got a corner. Randers A.F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pierres Varo. ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on MANIACOS's corner Pierres Varo. fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilhelm Oppenlænder quite easily take care of the ball. In the 56th minute, MANIACOS's Gabriel Ballin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gabriel Ballin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of MANIACOS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gabriel Ballin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 56th minute, one of MANIACOS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MANIACOS. In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Randers A.F.C.. Gordon Fuglevig stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gaitan Laurenciano. 1-2. In the 61st match minute, Randers A.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronald Forthoft to maneuver through the defense. Gaitan Laurenciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Ejaas, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 66 minutes MANIACOS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gordon Fuglevig who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Randers A.F.C.'s Mauritz Bredlund getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. MANIACOS's Gaitan Laurenciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frans Beilegaard in the 70th minute of play. If Ralf Ejaas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gaitan Laurenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Ejaas in the 71st minute of play. A collision led to Randers A.F.C. getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Mauritz Bredlund hit a great ball. After 75 played minutes MANIACOS got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Chumacero. Gonzales Celada struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Wilhelm Oppenlænder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MANIACOS. 83 minutes into the game, Svenning Westin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Randers A.F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MANIACOS the free kick. Gilberto Viniambres kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After some careless play in the MANIACOS defense, Ronald Forthoft kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaitan Laurenciano. The MANIACOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaitan Laurenciano should have stopped the shot. After 93 played minutes MANIACOS got a freekick which was hit by Batista Coyences. The audience was convinced that Ronald Forthoft's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaitan Laurenciano was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. In the 99th minute Ronald Forthoft shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaitan Laurenciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
