When Ion Silvestru fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal Giulesti's protests and gave Ion Silvestru a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Arsenal Giulesti getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ion Silvestru hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Cristian Medina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ioan Buceceanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 34 minutes into the match, Clemente Herena notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Arsenal Giulesti's Ioan Buceceanu.
