The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th match minute, IFK Gladdarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Sundin to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute Emil Trulsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Rudnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Trulsson in the 23rd minute of play forced Neve Lihi's goalkeeper Charlie Rudnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Trulsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Rudnik having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Neve Lihi's zone, Philip Modig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charlie Rudnik came out of the goal and Philip Modig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Neve Lihi's Aryeh von Rede got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Neve Lihi getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Abisha Eisenberg hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Trulsson in the 35th minute of play forced Neve Lihi's goalkeeper Charlie Rudnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to IFK Gladdarna getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Conny Olsson hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boris Mosheh to make the kick off. Liraz Buchbut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Kenny Holmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to IFK Gladdarna getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jakob Koch hit a great ball. Kenny Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Mosheh in the 56th minute of the match. Martin Sundin charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Sundin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 66 played minutes IFK Gladdarna got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Koch. A collision led to Neve Lihi getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Peri Kane hit a great ball. When %teams%'s Emil Trulsson was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-3 just inside the left pole, 73 minutes into the game. Charlie Rudnik was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Jakob Koch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jakob Koch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Neve Lihi got a freekick which was hit by Abisha Eisenberg. Charlie Rudnik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jakob Koch in the 90th minute. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Emil Trulsson sped through Neve Lihi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Charlie Rudnik. Charlie Rudnik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jakob Koch went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. IFK Gladdarna played a much better game than Neve Lihi and deserved their victory. The Neve Lihi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
