Michel Platini took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cosimo Scurti. Cosimo Scurti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 8th match minute, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beppe Calabrese to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Platini in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosimo Scurti saved Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC from getting behind. Cosimo Scurti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Platini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute of the match Rembertów SA got a corner. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wieslaw Bielatowicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Michel Platini took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cosimo Scurti. Cosimo Scurti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 28th minute, Michel Platini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rembertów SA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After some careless play in the Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC defense, Michel Platini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cosimo Scurti. The Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosimo Scurti should have stopped the shot. Michel Platini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cosimo Scurti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC defense, D.J. Bambini-Adam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cosimo Scurti. The Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosimo Scurti should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Beppe Calabrese seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Beppe Calabrese the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Beppe Calabrese had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Rembertów SA booed when Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beppe Calabrese didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelo Minotti during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Angelo Minotti hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Rembertów SA's D.J. Bambini-Adam got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michel Platini was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Michel Platini fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cosimo Scurti, passed just outside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as D.J. Bambini-Adam kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cosimo Scurti. That made the score 0-7 in the 53 minute of play. Cosimo Scurti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mister Torpeda in the 56th minute of the match. Cosimo Scurti came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Rembertów SA's D.J. Bambini-Adam. But to his dismay, D.J. Bambini-Adam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. A collision led to Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Alfonso Goffredo hit a great ball. Michel Platini received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cosimo Scurti came out and tried to block the shot, but Michel Platini slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 63rd minute. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Michel Platini took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Cosimo Scurti to make any attempt to save it. Cosimo Scurti was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Wieslaw Bielatowicz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wieslaw Bielatowicz really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. D.J. Bambini-Adam had several of the Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-12 score and a disappointed Cosimo Scurti as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wieslaw Bielatowicz got free with Cosimo Scurti in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute of the match, D.J. Bambini-Adam got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cosimo Scurti was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 82 minutes into the game, Rembertów SA's Feliks Gibowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cosimo Scurti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. After 89 minutes of play, Rembertów SA's Michel Platini made it 0-14 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cosimo Scurti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rembertów SA's Michel Platini was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 92nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rembertów SA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
