Tadeusz Sliwinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Bonadona, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 11 minutes of play, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Santo Caitano made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tadeusz Sliwinski was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Santo Caitano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeusz Sliwinski was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Ciro Bonadona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeusz Sliwinski having to interfere. After 20 played minutes ZKS Batalion Bielsko got a freekick which was hit by Radomil Pluciennik. ZKS Batalion Bielsko's Tadeusz Sliwinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Caitano in the 21st minute of play. Tadeusz Sliwinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Caitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Santo Caitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Sliwinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santo Caitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Radomil Pluciennik didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute Santo Caitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Sliwinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Czeslaw Barycz hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Tadeusz Sliwinski came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Santo Caitano. But to his dismay, Santo Caitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Caitano in the 40th minute of play forced ZKS Batalion Bielsko's goalkeeper Tadeusz Sliwinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Bonadona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell László Tihanyi to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute ZKS Batalion Bielsko were awarded a corner. László Tihanyi went to the cornerflag to take it. But to his dismay, Ciro Bonadona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ciro Bonadona scored 0-4 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeusz Sliwinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Ciro Bonadona got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, ZKS Batalion Bielsko's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Caitano came free, but Tadeusz Sliwinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 played minutes Lε COCO SρσяtiV got a freekick which was hit by Igor Gizon. After 75 minutes of play, ZKS Batalion Bielsko's Cezary Piczak made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gregorio Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 81 played minutes Lε COCO SρσяtiV got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Bonadona. After some careless play in the ZKS Batalion Bielsko defense, Santo Caitano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeusz Sliwinski. The ZKS Batalion Bielsko fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeusz Sliwinski should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Santo Caitano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tadeusz Sliwinski. Tadeusz Sliwinski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Caitano in the 95th minute of play forced ZKS Batalion Bielsko's goalkeeper Tadeusz Sliwinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Ciro Bonadona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZKS Batalion Bielsko the free kick. The supporters of ZKS Batalion Bielsko booed when Lε COCO SρσяtiV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Bonadona didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Lε COCO SρσяtiV players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
