Flavio Pirro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celsinho Chaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes into the match, Caresalzinho SS's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Eufemio came free, but Hugo Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Brown Puerto Madryn booed when Caresalzinho SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sydney Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Eufemio took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Palmeira. Hugo Palmeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Caresalzinho SS's Hugo Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Acevedo in the 26th minute of play. After 28 minutes of play, Brown Puerto Madryn's Silvio Eufemio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Palmeira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Caresalzinho SS's Hugo Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Frisco in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Acevedo in the 38th minute of play forced Caresalzinho SS's goalkeeper Hugo Palmeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Palmeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximiliano Acevedo went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 44 minutes into the game, Freddy Silban cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Hugo Palmeira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvio Eufemio made a kick off. After some careless play in the Caresalzinho SS defense, Maximiliano Acevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Palmeira. The Caresalzinho SS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Palmeira should have stopped the shot. Rene Mero's late challenge caught a Caresalzinho SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rene Mero helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Rene Mero hit a great ball. If Maximiliano Acevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Palmeira came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Brown Puerto Madryn's Maximiliano Acevedo. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Acevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Silvio Eufemio charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvio Eufemio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd match minute, Brown Puerto Madryn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Eufemio to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Acevedo in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Palmeira saved Caresalzinho SS from getting behind. Hugo Palmeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Acevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caetano Soares hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 69 minutes, Luís Guilherme Félix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caresalzinho SS and the Brown Puerto Madryn players grew even worse after the yellow card. 72 minutes into the match, Caresalzinho SS's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Eufemio came free, but Hugo Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Silvio Eufemio could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Hugo Palmeira however easily saved by the left post. Hugo Palmeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Acevedo in the 78th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvio Eufemio got free with Hugo Palmeira in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
