After a rather tough play, Mágové's Zdeněk Kocman got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 8 played minutes Mágové got a freekick which was hit by Zdeněk Kocman. The supporters of Kärnan BK booed when Mágové was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítek Jičínský didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimmie Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marek Levý showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmie Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Björn Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zdeněk Kocman in the 21st minute of the match. If Jimmie Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Martin Mayer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Björn Sjöberg, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zdeněk Kocman got free with Björn Sjöberg in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 39 played minutes Kärnan BK got a freekick which was hit by Isac Norberg. Kärnan BK's Sten Siggesson got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimmie Nilsson made a kick off. If Orvar Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jimmie Nilsson came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Kärnan BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimmie Nilsson couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Kärnan BK getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jonas Lundström hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Mágové's Vítek Jičínský got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 81st minute, Orvar Larsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zdeněk Kocman hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute Jimmie Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Levý saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Björn Sjöberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Mayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
