The referee showed Cesar Ler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th minute, Cesar Ler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Foro hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Florentino Ferrer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florentino Salbatore got free with Fausto Fidele in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's Blas Bonifaco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. The long shot by Florencio Abeitia in the 21st minute really tested Fausto Fidele's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 23 minutes into the game, Florentino Salbatore recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fausto Fidele. Florentino Salbatore showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The supporters of Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC booed when Stellenbosch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Emenon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's Gaudencio Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Ferrer in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's Benicio Rayman got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's Gaudencio Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Vitin in the 33rd minute of play. After 33 played minutes Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Rayman. Cesar Ler got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Stellenbosch booed when Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Ler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florentino Ferrer, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd match minute, Stellenbosch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Urti to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, Stellenbosch's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Bonifaco came free, but Fausto Fidele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ovidio Vitin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Gaudencio Luke made a huge save. Florentino Ferrer struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Gaudencio Luke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stellenbosch. Florentino Ferrer scored 2-3 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaudencio Luke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute, Florentino Ferrer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Stellenbosch booed when Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Rayman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ovidio Vitins short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Gaudencio Luke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ovidio Vitin struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Gaudencio Luke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stellenbosch. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Ovando during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Stellenbosch getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Elpidio Ovando hit a great ball. Gaudencio Luke came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Stellenbosch's Tomas Bertin. But to his dismay, Tomas Bertin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. 91 minutes into the match, Florentino Ferrer notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's Gaudencio Luke. Gaudencio Luke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Florencio Abeitia's late challenge caught a Stellenbosch's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florencio Abeitia helped the player get up and apologised.
