Spectators: 195 (Terracing: 147, Seating: 45, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Octav Vătăşel made the kick off which started today's match. Yves Michalon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Uzuneanu in the 9th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Tinu in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yves Michalon saved SILMONT from getting behind. Traian Uzuneanu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Cristinel Zdrobiş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Descombes. In the 20th minute, Scorpions -MM-'s Cornel Giuverdea seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cornel Giuverdea the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Scorpions -MM- protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cornel Giuverdea had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Scorpions -MM-:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SILMONT:s goal. After 23 minutes Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Cristinel Zdrobiş managed, with a little bit of luck, save Gilles Patron's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Octav Vătăşel might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yves Michalon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Octav Vătăşel ran back to his position shaking his head. Gilles Patron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 44 minutes, Luca Păun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Scorpions -MM- and the SILMONT players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Păun to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Dan Descombes made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Luca Păun in the 51st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SILMONT's Hervé Sandoz. 55 minutes into the match, SILMONT's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Tinu came free, but Yves Michalon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hervé Sandoz kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Gilles Patron struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Cristinel Zdrobiş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SILMONT. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gilles Patron in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristinel Zdrobiş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Tinu got free with Yves Michalon in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Youri Flamant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yves Michalon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Vrânceanu in the 78th minute. After 79 played minutes Scorpions -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Mihuț. Fabian Mihuț hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Scorpions -MM-'s Cristinel Zdrobiş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilles Patron in the 85th minute of play. Gilles Patron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. André Mouche hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Scorpions -MM-'s Cristinel Zdrobiş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilles Patron in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see SILMONT lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
