Hans Linberg hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. A collision led to Bograngen getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Anders Bjursell hit a great ball. When Jens-Ola Nordin came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Garphyttan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Ola Nordin couldn't finish the play. Trần Qvick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Svanström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Bograngen's Anders Bjursell seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Anders Bjursell the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bograngen protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Anders Bjursell had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bograngen fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, Bograngen's Mårten Olsson got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 27 minutes into the match, Jens-Ola Nordin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trần Qvick. Bograngen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens-Ola Nordin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Trần Qvick made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Lennart Svanström sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Garphyttan's Yngve Lindberg got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Garphyttan's Linus Benett got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jimmy Allbom charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimmy Allbom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lennart Svanström made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Jens-Ola Nordin notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Bograngen's Trần Qvick. Trần Qvick was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ola Nordin in the 55th minute of play forced Bograngen's goalkeeper Trần Qvick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Bograngen defense, Karl-Åke Sandell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trần Qvick. The Bograngen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trần Qvick should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Bograngen booed when Garphyttan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Svanström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes Bograngen got a freekick which was hit by Leif Sundström. 67 minutes into the match, Bograngen's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ola Nordin came free, but Trần Qvick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivar Classon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Kjellman in the 69th minute of play. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Jens-Ola Nordin sped through Bograngen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Trần Qvick. A collision led to Garphyttan getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Lennart Svanström hit a great ball. Bograngen's Trần Qvick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Svanström in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Garphyttan had played much better football throughout.
