In the 82nd minute, Andreas Hellmich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. John Dalberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AC Perugia Calcio's John Dalberg got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to SK Fenerbahce Wien getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Helge Polster hit a great ball. John Dalberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SK Fenerbahce Wien's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
