Klavreström FK's Tim Linquist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Lupe Titus managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Richmond's supporters rose to their feet, but Lupe Titus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tim Linquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roy Holmberg hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Brett Hull hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tim Linquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lupe Titus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tim Linquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brett Hull in the 38th minute of the match. Måns Nyström hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Lupe Titus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC Richmond fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

After a rather tough play, AFC Richmond's Lupe Titus got a free kick in the 53rd minute. With 60 minutes on the clock, Roy Holmberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lupe Titus got free with Tim Linquist in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute Ralf Berggren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Pouliotte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Jeff Haywood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lupe Titus in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tim Linquist saved Klavreström FK from getting behind. Lupe Titus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Tim Linquist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Klavreström FK's Tim Linquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Klavreström FK from getting a goal against them. AFC Richmond played a much better game than Klavreström FK and deserved their victory. The Klavreström FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
