The audience thought a goal was coming when Iosif Agud got free with Enzo Hermelando in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Evelio Bingen kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Celestino Kaxen hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gheorghe Odobescu was the one to do the kick off. Iosif Agud might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enzo Hermelando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iosif Agud ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 53rd minute Iosif Agud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Hermelando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 minutes Gran Pauta AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristinel Petrean who took care of the corner kick. Romania were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Gran Pauta AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cristinel Petrean took the corner. After taking down the ball on Romania's corner Cristinel Petrean fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Enzo Hermelando quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Romania's Petrică Baciu got a free kick in the 60th minute. The supporters of Romania booed when Gran Pauta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Kaxen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Romania. Iosif Agud stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Enzo Hermelando. 2-0. Silviu Râznicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Hermelando having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Iosif Agud cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Enzo Hermelando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Gran Pauta AFC's zone, Iosif Agud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Hermelando came out of the goal and Iosif Agud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciriaco Quirze kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Enzo Hermelando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Odobescu in the 88th minute of the match. Gran Pauta AFC's Enzo Hermelando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Agud in the 90th minute of play. Gheorghe Odobescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enzo Hermelando having to make a save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Romania had played much better football throughout.
