Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcos Tavares started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Weiß-Rot Frankfurt defense, Zheng Xiang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ansbert Malzkorn. The Weiß-Rot Frankfurt fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ansbert Malzkorn should have stopped the shot. Ansbert Malzkorn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Tavares in the 7th minute of play. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Marcos Tavares sped through Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ansbert Malzkorn. When Jarbas Azevedo fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaratimon's protests and gave Jarbas Azevedo a yellow card for diving instead. Jarbas Azevedo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Marcos Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ansbert Malzkorn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Weiß-Rot Frankfurt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Volko Tuke to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd match minute, Guaratimon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Almeida to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Rudi Niestroj recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Motta. Rudi Niestroj showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Ansbert Malzkorn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Tavares in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Tavares in the 26th minute of play forced Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's goalkeeper Ansbert Malzkorn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Marcos Tavares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ansbert Malzkorn was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Jarbas Azevedo scored 1-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ansbert Malzkorn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute, Jarbas Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cauã Munhoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ansbert Malzkorn having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Klemens Thiesen was the one to do the kick off. Zheng Xiang hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. If Zheng Xiang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ansbert Malzkorn having to interfere. Ansbert Malzkorn had great luck who in the 59thth minute grab hold of the ball when Cauã Munhoz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Ansbert Malzkorn came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Guaratimon's Marcos Almeida. But to his dismay, Marcos Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Cauã Munhoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Diguinho Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ansbert Malzkorn having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Zheng Xiang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ansbert Malzkorn was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 71stth minute of the game Zheng Xiang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Ansbert Malzkorn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute, Kevin Schnur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cauã Munhoz struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Ansbert Malzkorn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaratimon. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Ansbert Malzkorn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Weiß-Rot Frankfurt from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Cauã Munhoz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guaratimon's supporters rose to their feet, but Cauã Munhoz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ansbert Malzkorn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute, Guaratimon's Zheng Xiang dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Zheng Xiang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ansbert Malzkorn having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's goal looked a bit too open when Cauã Munhoz came free, but Ansbert Malzkorn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Tavares had several of the Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Ansbert Malzkorn as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ansbert Malzkorn came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaratimon's Zheng Xiang. But to his dismay, Zheng Xiang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. 93 minutes into the match, Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's goalkeeper Ansbert Malzkorn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cauã Munhoz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauã Munhoz in the 94th minute of play forced Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's goalkeeper Ansbert Malzkorn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Ansbert Malzkorn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauã Munhoz in the 98th minute of play. Guaratimon's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
