Diego Quintyn took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adhemar Souto. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Sarracino came free, but Adhemar Souto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Nicasio Cordaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adhemar Souto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Almir Rosa in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Ieltxu saved Deportivo Gamberro from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Efrain Evis got free with Adhemar Souto in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Serginho Vidal hit a great ball. The supporters of ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ booed when Deportivo Gamberro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Min didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo Gamberro's Maximino Ieltxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademar Peixoto in the 36th minute of play. Maximino Ieltxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademar Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After some careless play in the Deportivo Gamberro defense, Raí Godoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximino Ieltxu. The Deportivo Gamberro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximino Ieltxu should have stopped the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Manerov in the 77th minute of play forced ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s goalkeeper Adhemar Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
