Răzvan Isăceanu scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucero Abeita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Aristide Mestecăneanu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Dinamo Tirana booed when AC MiLaN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horia Rogozanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aristide Mestecăneanu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 13th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Casomiro Abastas. Costel Dijmărescu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Răzvan Isăceanu hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Corneliu Cămărășan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucero Abeita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, AC MiLaN's Aristide Mestecăneanu got control of the ball when Umea Abad tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Criston Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinamo Tirana's Lucero Abeita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Isăceanu in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, AC MiLaN's Horia Rogozanu got a free kick in the 38th minute. Criston Abella's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Aristide Mestecăneanu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Umea Abad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, AC MiLaN's Corneliu Cămărășan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucero Abeita narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 46 minutes into the game, Corneliu Cămărășan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Lucero Abeita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Dinamo Tirana's Amado Abecia was substituted for Casomiro Abastas. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Altan Terim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aristide Mestecăneanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Altan Terim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Abecia hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Horia Rogozanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Horia Rogozanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC MiLaN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dinamo Tirana the free kick. Sandu Tiberiu hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Aristide Mestecăneanu came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Dinamo Tirana's Altan Terim. But to his dismay, Altan Terim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Lucero Abeita made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Răzvan Isăceanu sent off a good shot on target. Aristide Mestecăneanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Altan Terim's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Narcis Griguță during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dinamo Tirana's Lucero Abeita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Dinamo Tirana from getting a goal against them. In the 94th minute, Narcis Griguță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
