In the 18th minute Bengt-Rune Håning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herman Söderlund came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by IGUIPORÃ FC's Zé Ortiz. But to his dismay, Zé Ortiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Guldhedstornet BK! Herman Söderlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Ortiz in the 30th minute of play. Benjamin Motta made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ivan Västlund sent off a good shot on target. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Bengt-Rune Håning hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Zé Ortiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Herman Söderlund made a huge save. Zé Alvarenga hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Zé Ortiz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Herman Söderlund, 0-4. IGUIPORÃ FC made a substitution. Ricardo Magalhães replaced Gildo Albuquerque. The supporters of Guldhedstornet BK booed when IGUIPORÃ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeca Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Ortiz took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herman Söderlund. Herman Söderlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. A collision led to Guldhedstornet BK getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Karl-Axel Östensson hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Guldhedstornet BK's Karl-Axel Östensson got a free kick in the 79th minute. Herman Söderlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardo Magalhães in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Antônio Carlos Abreu notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Guldhedstornet BK's Herman Söderlund. Herman Söderlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th minute, Joaquim Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Rune Håning in the 88th minute of play forced IGUIPORÃ FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, IGUIPORÃ FC's Antônio Carlos Abreu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Herman Söderlund. Herman Söderlund yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7.
