After having played for 6 minutes, Nusret Heybetli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nusaybin GençLikSpor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nusret Heybetli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Nusaybin GençLikSpor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celsinho Carneiro took the corner. The corner led LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Celsinho Carneiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Serdar Ulualp despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Lotan Otto could shoot a difficult shot in the 11th minute, which Serdar Ulualp however easily saved by the left post. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Nusaybin GençLikSpor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celsinho Carneiro took the corner. The corner led LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's João Vítor Meireles to a score. 1-0 in the 13th minute. Lotan Otto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Nusaybin GençLikSpor defense, João Vítor Meireles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serdar Ulualp. The Nusaybin GençLikSpor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serdar Ulualp should have stopped the shot. Serdar Ulualp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lotan Otto went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ademir Siqueira hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Gökalp Rakim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nusaybin GençLikSpor's supporters rose to their feet, but Gökalp Rakim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Washington Cavalcante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the game, Gökalp Rakim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nusaybin GençLikSpor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC the free kick. If Ademir Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökalp Rakim in the 41st minute of play forced LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's goalkeeper Washington Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Vítor Meireles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's João Vítor Meireles got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Vítor Meireles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match, Bülent Turgay got a very nice opportunity to score, but Washington Cavalcante was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nusaybin GençLikSpor reached it. Zé Paulo Ortiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serdar Ulualp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Serdar Ulualp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celsinho Carneiro went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute, Lotan Otto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Gilson Veloso seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gilson Veloso the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gilson Veloso had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 94th minute, Gilson Veloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
