Edmondo Palomba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidio Fe having to make a save. Ovidio Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Santilli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sokol Mudrov during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 29 played minutes Legacy Youth Academy got a freekick which was hit by Sokol Mudrov. In the 33rd minute, Edmondo Santilli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidio Fe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 36 minutes into the match, Cesare Cesarini notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Legacy Youth Academy's Ovidio Fe. Ovidio Fe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ovidio Fe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmondo Palomba, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Montechiarugolo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniele Cammarota was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
