With a little luck, Fågelfors IF's Andreas Hult got control of the ball when Carlos Eduardo Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ian Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliot Rosendal in the 26th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as ARS FUTEBOL's Eliézer de Carvalho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andreas Hult. That made the score 1-1 after 33 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdomiro Novaes in the 39th minute of play forced Fågelfors IF's goalkeeper Andreas Hult to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andreas Hult made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Eduardo Souza in the 44th minute. The supporters of ARS FUTEBOL booed when Fågelfors IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenny Tinglöf didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horácio Favoretto was the one to do the kick off. Andreas Hult came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by ARS FUTEBOL's Carlos Eduardo Souza. But to his dismay, Carlos Eduardo Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 77 minutes into the match, ARS FUTEBOL's goalkeeper Ian Corrêa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elliot Rosendal. Andreas Hult didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horácio Favoretto went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Fågelfors IF defense, Carlos Eduardo Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andreas Hult. The Fågelfors IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andreas Hult should have stopped the shot. Andreas Hult showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horácio Favoretto in the 89th minute of the match. Andreas Hult stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horácio Favoretto's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, ARS FUTEBOL's goal looked a bit too open when Elliot Rosendal came free, but Ian Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Tord Vikström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fågelfors IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARS FUTEBOL the free kick. Tord Vikström hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ARS FUTEBOL had won after a very even match.
