The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Henrique Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Valadares in the 3rd minute of the match. After 6 played minutes Bene Animatus got a freekick which was hit by Natã Abreu. Jeremias Valadares was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 7th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cauan Bertassi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Sandro Macedo made a huge save. In the 17th minute, Bene Animatus's Cauan Bertassi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sandro Macedo. Sandro Macedo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Cauan Bertassi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 20th playminute. 23 minutes into the match, Marcus Aparecido had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sandro Macedo. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcus Aparecido was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Sandro Macedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Eger in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Bene Animatus booed when G.E. Juventus FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Cerezo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrique Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Salgado in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Luciano Salgado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Henrique Tavares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 48th minute, Cauan Bertassi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bene Animatus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcus Aparecido made a kick off. Sebastião Reis scored 6-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sandro Macedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Henrique Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Cerezo in the 69th minute of play. Ismael Secco hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Sandro Macedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Aparecido in the 78th minute of play. Henrique Tavares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Valadares in the 79th minute. Luiz Cerezo charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luiz Cerezo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With an all-out effort, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Henrique Tavares threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luciano Salgado, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arthur de Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Sandro Macedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Lopes in the 90th minute of play. Jeremias Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th match minute, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Pitta to maneuver through the defense. Natã Abreu, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
