Caricancha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Vedillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Modesto Aragones showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Ledesma, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute of the match, Prudencio Goi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Modesto Aragones was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Modesto Aragones made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Prudencio Goi sent off a good shot on target. In the 14thth minute of the game Prudencio Goi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Faro querandi's Modesto Aragones was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Modesto Aragones made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Prudencio Goi sent off a good shot on target. Arnaldo Gilesindo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Ezequiel Bernard suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Elias Chap's late challenge caught a Caricancha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Chap helped the player get up and apologised. Caricancha made a substitution. Antonio Horado replaced Ezequiel Bernard. In the 23rd match minute, Faro querandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Chap to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the game, Prudencio Goi lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Modesto Aragones. If Prudencio Goi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prudencio Goi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Aragones having to interfere. Elias Milio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Vedillo in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Felipe Vedillo made a precise shot to the right of Elias Milio. Caricancha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Elias Milio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Vedillo went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felipe Vedillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elias Milio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Vedillo in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Vedillo in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Milio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 60 minutes into the game, Caricancha's Braulio Ledesma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Modesto Aragones made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. 68 minutes into the match, Faro querandi's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Goi came free, but Modesto Aragones reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Braulio Ledesma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Aragones having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, Lino Tercero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caricancha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Faro querandi the free kick. After 73 played minutes Caricancha got a freekick which was hit by Lino Tercero. In the 74th minute, Silverio Calvet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elias Milio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Prudencio Goi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Ledesma in the 93rd minute of play forced Faro querandi's goalkeeper Modesto Aragones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 played minutes Faro querandi got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Vedillo. After having played for 95 minutes, Octavio Vito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caricancha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavio Vito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Octavio Vito struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Modesto Aragones didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caricancha.
