Agis Petropoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Felix Inocente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iphikles Papadakos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felix Inocente came out and tried to block the shot, but Iphikles Papadakos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 18th minute. When Adrastos Demakis fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored APOELHELLAS's protests and gave Adrastos Demakis a yellow card for diving instead. 30 minutes into the match, Herminio Guifre notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of APOELHELLAS's Dimosthenis Zaloumi. Dimosthenis Zaloumi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute of the match Alpheios Eliopoulos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Inocente showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Agis Petropoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Felix Inocente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Herminio Guifre made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iphikles Papadakos in the 59th minute of play forced UPAU FC's goalkeeper Felix Inocente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iphikles Papadakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. UPAU FC's Herminio Guifre got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herminio Guifre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dimosthenis Zaloumi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Guifre, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Alpheios Eliopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alpheios Eliopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, APOELHELLAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alpheios Eliopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Adrastos Demakis kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The supporters of APOELHELLAS booed when UPAU FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Baumer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 89 played minutes UPAU FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Barbosa. After a rather tough play, APOELHELLAS's Iphikles Papadakos got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 98th match minute, APOELHELLAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrastos Demakis to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. UPAU FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
