Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cauan Carioca started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Phoenix Fc got a freekick which was hit by Geovânio Pontes. Luís Fábio Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Podolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Phoenix Fc booed when ZŁ Bielsko-Biała was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hieronim Tyszka didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoslaw Wojno in the 9th minute of play forced Phoenix Fc's goalkeeper Luís Fábio Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Maurinho Furlan fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Phoenix Fc's protests and gave Maurinho Furlan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th match minute, Phoenix Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho Furlan to maneuver through the defense. Luís Fábio Bezerra came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's Radoslaw Wojno. But to his dismay, Radoslaw Wojno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hieronim Tyszka kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Rui Aparecido hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Ludomir Wachna managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludomir Wachna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Fábio Bezerra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomasz Podolski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the game, one of Phoenix Fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Luís Fábio Bezerra came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's Ludomir Wachna. But to his dismay, Ludomir Wachna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Phoenix Fc's Luís Fábio Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaroslaw Fleszar in the 42nd minute of play. After 45 minutes, Tytus Ochylski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ZŁ Bielsko-Biała and the Phoenix Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Geovânio Pontes tried in the 51st minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Luís Fábio Bezerra a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-4. Ludomir Wachna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luís Fábio Bezerra having to make a save. Jaroslaw Fleszar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Luís Fábio Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Fábio Bezerra made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Jaroslaw Fleszar sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute, ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's Radoslaw Wojno ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luís Fábio Bezerra. Luís Fábio Bezerra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. In the 69th minute, ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's Jaroslaw Fleszar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Hieronim Tyszka made in the 74th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jaroslaw Fleszar immediately put the ball in play. If Jaroslaw Fleszar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Fábio Bezerra came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by ZŁ Bielsko-Biała's Ludomir Wachna. But to his dismay, Ludomir Wachna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Ludomir Wachna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaroslaw Fleszar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Phoenix Fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ZŁ Bielsko-Biała were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
