After 4 minutes, Ildefonso Belarmo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Luz y Fuerza and the FC Truseni players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes Deportivo Luz y Fuerza got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Belarmo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Basajaun in the 8th minute of play forced FC Truseni's goalkeeper Eduard Halipa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Florin Burduja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Truseni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Luz y Fuerza the free kick. In the 11th minute, Fausto Weather got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eduard Halipa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ildefonso Belarmo in the 13th minute. Robustiano Nicholas kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Eduard Halipa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcelino Basajaun went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score.
