Osvaldo Paublo hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pascal Vanhaeren during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Dutch Rebels getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Pascal Vanhaeren hit a great ball. In the 7th match minute, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Paublo to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Ildefonso Belarmo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Luz y Fuerza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 22 minutes of play, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Ildefonso Belarmo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante De Smet was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, Javier Platon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dutch Rebels's Dante De Smet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Basajaun in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Dutch Rebels's Gustaaf Vranckx ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santo Txurio. Santo Txurio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Gustaaf Vranckx kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Santo Txurio. That made the score 2-2 in the 42 minute of play. When Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Ildefonso Belarmo in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dutch Rebels's goalie prevented a goal.

Ildefonso Belarmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Dante De Smet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante De Smet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Weather, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's Marcelino Basajaun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante De Smet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 65th match minute, Dutch Rebels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yens Iansens to maneuver through the defense. Yens Iansens kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Deportivo Luz y Fuerza's goal looked a bit too open when Yens Iansens came free, but Santo Txurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascal Vanhaeren hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Ildefonso Belarmo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Deportivo Luz y Fuerza players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
