Ecevit Remiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mochila FC's Alberto Sergipano got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in İncebay SK's zone, Alberto Sergipano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ecevit Remiz came out of the goal and Alberto Sergipano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Mochila FC's Alberto Sergipano in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye İncebay SK's goalie prevented a goal. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by İncebay SK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oséias Dionísio was slow to take the kick. During this time Mochila FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Mochila FC's corner Oséias Dionísio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ecevit Remiz quite easily take care of the ball. In the 22nd match minute, İncebay SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasret Oray to maneuver through the defense. Mochila FC's Oséias Dionísio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for İncebay SK. Tahir Yamaç struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Tostão Varela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for İncebay SK. Mustafa Hakan Kutcan made in the 34th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Arda Baybars Ruknettin however managed to control. Ecevit Remiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Mochila FC's goal looked a bit too open when Balamir Cihanmert came free, but Tostão Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alberto Sergipano made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Mochila FC got a freekick which was hit by Oséias Dionísio. After 53 played minutes, Mochila FC's Marcelo Meira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ecevit Remiz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mochila FC reached it. Ecevit Remiz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 58th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcelo Meira. After a defensive mix-up in İncebay SK's zone, Alberto Sergipano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ecevit Remiz came out of the goal and Alberto Sergipano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, Gilmar Pernambucano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Mochila FC's Alberto Sergipano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ecevit Remiz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Mustafa İzzet Erduran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute of the match Eurico Mangueira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ecevit Remiz skillfully saved the ball. Birkan Yaves charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birkan Yaves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alberto Sergipano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Ecevit Remiz made a huge save. Mustafa Hakan Kutcan made in the 90th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Arda Baybars Ruknettin immediately put the ball in play. Alberto Sergipano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ecevit Remiz came out and tried to block the shot, but Alberto Sergipano slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 93rd minute. After a rather tough play, Mochila FC's Gilmar Pernambucano got a free kick in the 96th minute. Mochila FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
