Eleuterio Paredes charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Paredes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Fagondo in the 14th minute of play forced F.C Un dia de partit's goalkeeper Cordario Patiño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Andresito De Pablo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domeka Alonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Abelardo Cristofor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Victoriano Aranzubia fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C Un dia de partit's protests and gave Victoriano Aranzubia a yellow card for diving instead. Victoriano Aranzubia kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Gavino Fagondo made a precise shot to the right of Cordario Patiño. F.C Un dia de partit's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The referee felt a red card was in order, 38 minutes into the game, when Victoriano Aranzubia put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of F.C Un dia de partit:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sportivo Ben Hur:s goal. 43 minutes into the game, Jeremias Delgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C Un dia de partit's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sportivo Ben Hur the free kick. The supporters of Sportivo Ben Hur booed when F.C Un dia de partit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Delgado didn't get a good kick on the ball.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domeka Alonso was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, F.C Un dia de partit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Vazquez to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Sportivo Ben Hur's Claudio Mark tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sportivo Ben Hur's Abelardo Cristofor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domeka Alonso in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Sportivo Ben Hur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Lizbeth to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Cristofor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domeka Alonso in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute Gavino Fagondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordario Patiño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, F.C Un dia de partit's Cordario Patiño got control of the ball when Fernando Tiniebra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sportivo Ben Hur's Fernando Tiniebra came free and shot a quick shot against goal 68 minutes in the game, fortunately Cordario Patiño had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Cordario Patiño successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Abelardo Cristofor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremias Delgado went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 87th match minute, F.C Un dia de partit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Vazquez to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Mark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudio Mark's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cordario Patiño firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 89th match minute, Sportivo Ben Hur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Lizbeth to maneuver through the defense. Domeka Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Gavino Fagondo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cordario Patiño. Gavino Fagondo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sportivo Ben Hur had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
