In the 9th minute, Eustacio Neto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jerónimo Fagundes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Rolando Meder's late challenge caught a LINHAGEM FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolando Meder helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to diego armando fc getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduardo Gonçalves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee ignored LINHAGEM FC's protests and gave Mariano Saldanha a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, diego armando fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Frutos to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, Eustacio Neto notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of LINHAGEM FC's Jerónimo Fagundes. LINHAGEM FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. 76 minutes into the game, Higino Valente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LINHAGEM FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave diego armando fc the free kick. LINHAGEM FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Máximo Azeredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonas Ruisko kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, LINHAGEM FC's Mariano Saldanha tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
