Torsten Brun kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 3rd minute, Vitoldas Kuliešius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Vitoldas Kuliešius came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Savage Hippo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitoldas Kuliešius couldn't finish the play. Södermalm FK's Ludwig Vikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adomas Vilčinskas in the 9th minute of play. Ludwig Vikström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albinas Luzeckas in the 10th minute of the match. Urban Söderqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vytaras Liaudanskas having to interfere. Ludwig Vikström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albinas Luzeckas in the 16th minute of play. Albinas Luzeckas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nerijus Urniežius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Vikström having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Vitoldas Kuliešius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ludwig Vikström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Eduardas Girčius kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Vitoldas Kuliešius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Vikström having to interfere. Vytaras Liaudanskas was a little too slow when Torsten Brun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 1-1. 37 minutes into the game, Albinas Luzeckas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ludwig Vikström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ludwig Vikström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albinas Luzeckas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Savage Hippo were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albinas Luzeckas to make the kick off. Albertas Dabašinskas struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Ludwig Vikström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Savage Hippo. In the 63rd minute, Södermalm FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albinas Luzeckas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 64 minutes, Albinas Luzeckas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Savage Hippo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albinas Luzeckas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Adomas Vilčinskas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ludwig Vikström was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albinas Luzeckas got free with Ludwig Vikström in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Nerijus Urniežius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 79 minutes into the match, Torsten Brun notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Savage Hippo's Vytaras Liaudanskas. Vytaras Liaudanskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Adomas Vilčinskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adomas Vilčinskas succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-4. Södermalm FK's Ludwig Vikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adomas Vilčinskas in the 95th minute of play. Reine Mårtensson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Södermalm FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Savage Hippo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
