With a little luck, GOMEZ F.C.'s Ismael Momparte got control of the ball when Dexter Cora tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute João Keane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Sands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Dexter Cora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Keane in the 23rd minute of play forced THe Last Indian's goalkeeper Matthew Sands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dexter Cora got free with Ismael Momparte in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute, Cafu Santamaria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute of the match Ulysses Chandler shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ismael Momparte showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. GOMEZ F.C.'s Ismael Momparte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Berry in the 28th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eddie Page got free with Ismael Momparte in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the THe Last Indian defense, Patricio Lloret kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matthew Sands. The THe Last Indian fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matthew Sands should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute Patricio Lloret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Sands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Chris Brannon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in THe Last Indian's zone, Cafu Santamaria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matthew Sands came out of the goal and Cafu Santamaria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Diaconu in the 41st minute of play forced THe Last Indian's goalkeeper Matthew Sands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, THe Last Indian's Lamar Barnhart got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Dexter Cora managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THe Last Indian's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dexter Cora was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ismael Momparte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dexter Cora, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Ismael Momparte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Berry in the 52nd minute of the match. Octavio Berry kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, GOMEZ F.C.'s João Keane got a free kick in the 54th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Tenorio Paradela kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matthew Sands. That made the score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. In the 61st minute, Patricio Lloret ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matthew Sands was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. If Gigel Diaconu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 minutes THe Last Indian's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cafu Santamaria who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in João Keane heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ismael Momparte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Page in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 minutes of play, GOMEZ F.C.'s Patricio Lloret made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthew Sands was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Keane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Eddie Page came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the THe Last Indian fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddie Page couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, João Keane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matthew Sands was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 86 minutes into the game, João Keane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GOMEZ F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave THe Last Indian the free kick. In the 86th minute, João Keane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute of the match Ulysses Chandler shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ismael Momparte showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. THe Last Indian's Matthew Sands proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save THe Last Indian from getting a goal against them. 90 minutes into the match, Patricio Lloret had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthew Sands. THe Last Indian's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Lloret was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7.
