In the 11th match minute, Betelgeux FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melchor Elodio to maneuver through the defense. Bianco Pierdomenico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Erruki in the 17th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Arturo Duro sped through Betelgeux FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daniel Balasi. After a rather tough play, Black Mount™'s Ettore Leopardi got a free kick in the 30th minute. Alberto Mark hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Betelgeux FC defense, Arturo Duro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Balasi. The Betelgeux FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Balasi should have stopped the shot. Ettore Leopardi charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ettore Leopardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ettore Leopardi hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Arturo Duro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Mount™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 45 minutes into the match, Betelgeux FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Duro came free, but Daniel Balasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes of play Black Mount™'s Ettore Leopardi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciccio Maiorano made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ciccio Maiorano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Mount™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ciccio Maiorano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Balasi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th match minute, Black Mount™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Giorda to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes Betelgeux FC got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Lordi. In the 62nd minute of the match Ciccio Maiorano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Balasi skillfully saved the ball. In the 66th minute Melchor Elodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bianco Pierdomenico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute of the match Ciccio Maiorano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Balasi skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Alvise Zarrella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black Mount™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alvise Zarrella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Erruki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bianco Pierdomenico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Betelgeux FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Martxelin to maneuver through the defense. Ciccio Maiorano charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciccio Maiorano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bianco Pierdomenico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Osmundo in the 82nd minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Betelgeux FC's Victorio Osmundo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bianco Pierdomenico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Ciccio Maiorano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Daniel Balasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ciccio Maiorano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Betelgeux FC's Dalmacio Seme got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute, Alberto Mark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Black Mount™ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
