Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Campeones del Mundo's Lindo Trollo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Giampaolo Pazzini took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Igon. Daniel Igon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 10 played minutes Campeones del Mundo got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Gorbea. After 17 minutes of play, A.C. Patagonia's Christian Di Giulio made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Igon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute, Ladislao Fraco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th match minute, A.C. Patagonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Fava to maneuver through the defense. Feliciano Gorbea hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute of the match Franco Fava sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Igon skillfully saved the ball. Daniel Igon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Hell in the 32nd minute of the match. Fabiano Fiorentino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Igon having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Campeones del Mundo's zone, Christian Di Giulio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Igon came out of the goal and Christian Di Giulio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giampaolo Pazzini took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Igon. Daniel Igon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 47th minute Christian Di Giulio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Igon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Di Giulio was the one to do the kick off. Giampaolo Pazzini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Daniel Igon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandro Di Luzio's late challenge caught a Campeones del Mundo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alessandro Di Luzio helped the player get up and apologised. 57 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Lindo Trollo came free, but Francesco Toldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Igon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldo Hell in the 64th minute. Marco Donadel charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Donadel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Campeones del Mundo booed when A.C. Patagonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Donadel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Giampaolo Pazzini dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Daniel Igon, 0-5. Daniel Igon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Di Giulio in the 78th minute of the match. When Arturo Gazza fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.C. Patagonia's protests and gave Arturo Gazza a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to A.C. Patagonia getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Arturo Gazza hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Kauldi came free, but Francesco Toldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Giampaolo Pazzini fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.C. Patagonia's protests and gave Giampaolo Pazzini a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th match minute, A.C. Patagonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Fava to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute Giampaolo Pazzini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Igon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franco Fava during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes A.C. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Franco Fava. In the 94th minute of the match Pedro Kauldi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Francesco Toldo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded A.C. Patagonia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Campeones del Mundo.
