The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute of the match İldeniz Öğüç sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Murilo Paraibano skillfully saved the ball. Alpertunga Korcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Murilo Paraibano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Léo Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Jardel Pitta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th minute, Benjamim Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Yiğit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Murilo Paraibano having to make a save. When Alpertunga Korcan came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the MarineerS FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alpertunga Korcan couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes into the match, Complexo do PJ's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Yiğit came free, but Murilo Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Yiğit scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Murilo Paraibano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the match, Yenal Okdemir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Murilo Paraibano. Complexo do PJ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yenal Okdemir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 29 minutes of play, MarineerS FK's Alpertunga Korcan made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murilo Paraibano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Murilo Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Yiğit in the 34th minute of the match. The MarineerS FK fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when MarineerS FK's Mehmet Yiğit looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Mehmet Yiğit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half MarineerS FK were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehmet Yiğit to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Yenal Okdemir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murilo Paraibano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Complexo do PJ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. İldeniz Öğüç was slow to take the kick. During this time MarineerS FK's players had a chance to rest. After 60 minutes, Mehmet Yiğit made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Complexo do PJ's Murilo Paraibano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Durvalino Maia hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 72 minutes of play Complexo do PJ's Durvalino Maia was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 73rd match minute, Complexo do PJ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durvalino Maia to maneuver through the defense. Murilo Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Yiğit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Yiğit in the 76th minute of play forced Complexo do PJ's goalkeeper Murilo Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yenal Okdemir got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 0-10 in the right cross in the 78th match minute before Murilo Paraibano had time to react. Erenay Barkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aírton Porto in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Yenal Okdemir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Murilo Paraibano. Complexo do PJ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yenal Okdemir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. Yenal Okdemir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Murilo Paraibano made a huge save. With an all-out effort, MarineerS FK's Murilo Paraibano threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mehmet Yiğit, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aírton Porto's late challenge caught a MarineerS FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aírton Porto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Aírton Porto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Yiğit got free with Murilo Paraibano in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aírton Porto struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Erenay Barkan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Complexo do PJ. MarineerS FK played a much better game than Complexo do PJ and deserved their victory. The Complexo do PJ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
