Loki The Cat's Cosme Azeari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Tuste in the 20th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anier Oidor but with some difficulty. Cosme Azeari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Tuste in the 39th minute of the match. Cosme Azeari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the game, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Guillermo Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cosme Azeari made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 44 minutes into the match, Loki The Cat's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Hulberto came free, but Cosme Azeari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rigoberto Umea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Azeari having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

If Guillermo Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celso Hulberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Azeari having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Saul Tuste took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Cosme Azeari to make any attempt to save it. When Modesto Gabirel came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Loki The Cat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Gabirel couldn't finish the play. Cosme Azeari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Azevedo in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Hulberto got free with Cosme Azeari in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Tuste in the 95th minute of play forced Loki The Cat's goalkeeper Cosme Azeari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Guillermo Azevedo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cosme Azeari. That made the score 1-8 in the 96 minute of play. The Loki The Cat fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SAN MARTIN F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
