Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wasyl Skirzynski started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Miedzyrzec Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliks Mindykowski to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Gentil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Zygmunt Wieczorek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Palha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zygmunt Wieczorek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Miedzyrzec Utd's zone, Samuel Eiró stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zygmunt Wieczorek came out of the goal and Samuel Eiró tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gwidon Karanowski kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The GD Fiães fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when GD Fiães's Jorge Gentil looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 24 minutes into the match, GD Fiães's goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Skirzynski came free, but Hipólito Colaço reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 played minutes GD Fiães got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Palha. Miedzyrzec Utd's Wasyl Skirzynski was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 26th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of GD Fiães booed when Miedzyrzec Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izydor Fronczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute Filipe Domingos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Wieczorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Samuel Eiró had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zygmunt Wieczorek. Miedzyrzec Utd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Eiró was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 36 played minutes Miedzyrzec Utd got a freekick which was hit by Wieslaw Bochynski. Hipólito Colaço showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wasyl Skirzynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After the first half GD Fiães were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Palha was the one to do the kick off. Hipólito Colaço didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wasyl Skirzynski went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After 59 played minutes Miedzyrzec Utd got a freekick which was hit by Feliks Mindykowski. If Gwidon Karanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hipólito Colaço showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wasyl Skirzynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Wasyl Skirzynski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Palha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Zygmunt Wieczorek made a huge save. Miedzyrzec Utd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Rafael Palha scored to the left of an out of position Zygmunt Wieczorek, making the score, 2-3. The GD Fiães players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
