Montalcino SE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 荆州刘表 the free kick. A collision led to Montalcino SE getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Valdir Valladares hit a great ball. 王义浩 came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Montalcino SE's Germano Barreto. But to his dismay, Germano Barreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Germano Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 荆州刘表's 王义浩 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernani Meira in the 21st minute of play. 孔亦岩 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Abel de Medeiros made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando de Salles in the 30th minute of play forced 荆州刘表's goalkeeper 王义浩 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germano Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 46 minutes, 陈帆树 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 荆州刘表's supporters crossed their fingers, but 陈帆树 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th match minute, Montalcino SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginaldo Paes to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, 齐榕梁 sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Abel de Medeiros threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for 齐榕梁 this time. The 荆州刘表 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Montalcino SE were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernani Meira was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, 陈帆树 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 荆州刘表's supporters crossed their fingers, but 陈帆树 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armando de Salles's late challenge caught a 荆州刘表's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando de Salles helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Montalcino SE got a freekick which was hit by Armando de Salles. A collision led to 荆州刘表 getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. 贺扬昆 hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Montalcino SE's Germano Barreto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 王义浩. That made the score 0-2 after 60 minutes of play. In the 68th match minute, 荆州刘表 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 陈帆树 to maneuver through the defense. Germano Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but 王义浩 made a huge save. Germano Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the game, one of 荆州刘表:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for Montalcino SE. Reginaldo Paes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving 王义浩. 0-3. From close distance Germano Barreto pressed in the 0-4 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 87 minutes into the game. 王义浩 made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Germano Barreto sent off a good shot on target. Ernani Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 王义浩 having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Montalcino SE got a freekick which was hit by Olavo de Queirós.
